  • Added optional variable PL_ROUTABILITY_MAX_DENSITY_PCT

  • Renamed PL_RESIZER_GATE_CLONING to PL_RESIZER_SETUP_GATE_CLONING

  • Fixed PL_RESIZER_SETUP_GATE_CLONING incorrectly applied to hold fixing
