Organizational Hierarchy Behavior

1. Members can belong to multiple partners
2. Any partner in that member's list of partners can see them & has full rights to them
3. The first partner listed is their "primary partner" who is responsible for them
4. For points approvals: if it is a pre-defined event, then the owner of that event approves their points. Otherwise, it is the above "primary partner"
