The publishing pipeline broke due to an issue with the poetry's cache because, when I updated the actions versions, I forgot to do it for the publishing.yml. I am sorry about that!
So I think the issue is due to setup-python@v2 not supporting poetry caches, whereas setup-python@v4 does provide support for it.
I updated the versions, so now publishing it should work with caches.
