Now with vue 3

Most of the logic of the library is as-is. It is now built for vue-3 and bundled with vite.
The library is more strict with its TypeScript so there might be some issues there.
All dependencies have been upgraded, majorly:

• fontawesome 6
• storybook 8
• vue 3
• eslint 9
• vue-i18n 10
• vue-router 4
• vuex 4

There are updated peer dependencies too.

• New QR option on <SessionLinks> which tries to load
