Breaking changes:

• The using of hard-coded Parameters.cs is totally replaced with the using of Windows Credential Manager (an SMTP {host} {port} [tls] entry is required to exist there with the username and password to access that host).
• Versioning is changed to inform about the required .NET version, year of revision, month-day, patch of day. So it is v4.2024.403.0 now.
