Upgrade base image to bookworm, and go to 1.21. Along with nvidia dockerfile and devcontainer dockerfile.

Changes:

  • New gstreamer 1.22 does not need to be shut down prior changing screen resolution, so this logic should be put behind a config option (to maintain backward compatibility).
  • libxcvt was finally added to packages, so must not be installed separately.
  • g_memdup() was replaced by g_memdup2()
  • libvpx6 was replaced by libvpx7.
