Version 0.1 of ImagesToLARModel.jl

First release with all functionalities for conversion of images into a three-dimensional model.
Here we introduced:

• Boundary merging: Now we save only model boundaries and not block boundaries
• Smoothing: Models created are smoothed with three iterations of a laplacian smoothing
