Update sqlalchemy to avoid errors

Description

This PR updates the lockfile for sqlalchemy to avoid errors, as seen here: https://github.com/cytomining/CytoTable/actions/runs/11698833080/job/32579784904 . While Dependabot may eventually reach this as well, I'm proactively addressing this due to the scheduled test run which ran into this error.
