Additional details

Updates the Update Electron documentation to reflect recent changes/additions to the update process as it has changed since written.

Additionally, while writing, I saw the ubuntu images were out of date, so went ahead and updated those here in the system tests, which is PRed to be checked in in cypress-io/cypress-docker-images#946
