Also added progress to file uploads on drag and drop
Display for adding documents was different to that specified in `edit.tt` - there don't appear to be any obvious display inconsistencies, but it is felt the HTML should match as closely as possible to try to ensure that any styles (and changes to styles) are consistent throughout.
