Pull the working directory from execPath instead of using real working directory.

Ensured Firebot will launch under dev and "release" (installed on Win & Mac, tarball extracted on Linux) on all 3 OSes
Ensured overlay will open correctly and no errors are thrown related to copying the overlay html file, or loading the overlay template files, on all 3 OSes
