Description of the Change
allow stream categories to not be set to bring the UI in line with twitch in both the effect and the edit stream modal
changed the X to the trash can on tags because everywhere else in firebot to remove an item we have a trash can
Applicable Issues
#2928
Testing
tested to see if this would change the category on twitch to nothing.
