Iris v0.9.7

This release includes several stability improvements, as well as a drop-down button to select the plate array format (from 24 to 6144 colonies per plate).
The user selection automatically updates the user settings file.

introducing ColonyPicker

Release 0.9.6 includes Iris ColonyPicker for small-scale colony feature extraction.
Attached binary distribution includes the following files

• iris.jar
• iris_colonyPicker.jar
• iris.user.settings.json (example user settings JSON file)
• IJ_Props.txt (needed for running ColonyPicker)

To run the software, just double-click the corresponding jar file.
Please make sure IJ_Props.txt is next to the jar file to run ColonyPicker.
