A re-implementation of the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) Dwelling Energy Assessment Procedure (DEAP) model 4.2.2 in Python
This Python version is capable to re-calculating DEAP parameters instantaneously for the entire stock by levereging pandas and numpy whereas the DEAP Excel implementation is limited to an individual building.
At present, only the Heat Loss Parameter calculation has been implemented.
