This PR updates the plugin to the latest changes from the upstream repo.
This should also resolve issues such as those flagged by #60.
Additionally, version pins were removed for
svelte-language-server,typescript, andtypescript-svelte-plugin. This will make it simpler for users to test out the latest versions of the above packages by updating the lock file.
