SYNOPSIS

Check the existance of a file in an Azure DevOps repo

SYNTAX

Test-AzDevOpsFileExists [-Project] <String> [-Repository] <String> [-Path] <String>
 [-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>] [<CommonParameters>]

DESCRIPTION

Check the existance of a file in an Azure DevOps repo using Azure DevOps Rest API
