feat: upgrade angular to 14

*  Updated necessary packages after run npm outdated.
*  Updated peer dependencies in library to ^14.0.0.
*  Updated typescript target compiler option to ES2015 as ES5 is depecreated.
*  Updated readme.md to include a step neccesary to contribute (build the lib before test it)
