Updating from ubuntu-latest (22.04) to ubuntu-24.04 runner.
Disable i386 linux build for ubuntu-24.04, due to actions/runner-images#9977

Trying ubuntu-24.04 runner.
During initial testing I met actions/runner-images#9977, so disable i386-unknown-linux-gnu for now. Hopefully they will fix the kernel before it becomes ubuntu-latest
