Tower of Hanoi - release v1.0.0

This is the 1.0 release for a Tower of Hanoi puzzle game.
It:

• gives a display of the current state of the puzzle in a graphical window
• allows you to execute moves by clicking, prevents illegal moves
• closes itself upon completion of the puzzle
