Bugfix - failing indexing step in pipeline integration tests (#166)

* Downgrading to prior pyvespa version.

* Adding cpr_sdk from test pypi with datasets in it's own group.

* Bumping the cpr_sdk version.

* Adding back in the pyvespa downgrade.
