HTTP Method DELETE. URI : localhost:9000/shipper/{id}
Kalau id ga ketemu, baru bisa keluarin di log dulu
Kalau id nya ketemu dan berhasil dihapus, keluar id yang terhapus di response.


          add delete feature, kalau id nya ga ketemu, cuman bisa keluar di log …
