Supplementary information, model weights and test images

This is the release of the network weights used in VSR-SIM models the pre-print manuscripts as well as supplementary information on how the training data was prepared and the hyperparameters used to train the models. A subset of test images are also part of this release, including source image and the resulting synthetic inputs after passing through the image formation model.
