• Description:This project is contributed by Dong Chen and Yuelin Zou. We investigate the TOP 10 complaint types from the 311 open NYC dataset. Some packages we implemented here is Pandas and Numpy. We also investigated illegal parking incidents from our zip code and overall region, and we calculated if our zip code region has a higher illegal parking proportion.
