Bundling together a couple of UX improvement issues:

Include ajax scripts in slowest web pages (Closes Profiles which are ajax requests don't appear in the slow requests tab #354 - original issue was misleading)
Add a new long session lock page to make session held information more visible (Closes Show new page of all pages with slow session lock hold times #349)
