x86_64 binaries provided, with signed setup.ini generated. You'll need to start setup-x86_64.exe with -K 'C:\path\to\pkgs\cascent.pub', then you can add C:\path\to\pkgs as a site in the setup GUI. Selecting the neovim package should pull in all dependencies.
