v0.3.0 Update for CHEvents, Flights Deleting, & License Change

This update addresses the following issues:

• Fixes an issue where flights were not being hidden or deleted after the cron was executed.
• Added functionality to allow CHEvents to auto-fill the flight number and route code when the module is used for that purpose.
• Updated the license agreement with the one distributed with the rest of the modules.
