What's new in this PR

added video player functionality to VideoPage (mb ended up being hella easier than I was doing originally 😅)
added Kevin's styling to the VideoPage and started working on adding it to LegalRights page

theres some commented-out code in Legal Rights index.tsx: want to improve this code right after this pr by modulizing each "card" in the grid scroll and using flatlist instead of just a flex-wrapped list of items
