Adding translation to Russian language to the v.2 branch.

• Addition of Russian translations
  A new language file has been provided for the Google Analytics widgets to support Russian. This makes our product more accessible and user-friendly for Russian speaking users.
• Localization of Dashboard elements
  All labels for the dashboard, widget headings, and filters are now also available in Russian. This broadens the user base and enhances the user experience.
• Trajectory definitions in Russian
  The data trends can now be defined in Russian, enabling Russian operators to better analyse and understand the data patterns.
