Some bugfixes, cleanups, and documentation improvements.
The scripts GirsLite-1.0.2-nano-flasher.sh (Linux) and GirsLite-1.0.2-nano-flasher.bat (Windows) can be used for flashing an Arduino Nano in "canonical configuration" directly, without compiling.
