The workflow should involve:

  • OMERO/IDR for data acquisition
  • Ilastik — this is an interactive tool, having which in a workflow is interesting!
  • CellProfiler

Things to be done:

  • Create the workflow.
  • Write tutorial for Galaxy Training Network:
    • How to reproduce the workflow?
    • How to use the workflow?
