TICDI-101

  • Add sequence sorting that is present in new reports to NFR report route
  • Minor fixes to Create Document Page

TICDI-102

  • Document types can now be activated / deactivated without deleting them, deactivated doc types will not appear in drop downs.
  • Add 'active' boolean variable to document_type table
