Description
GitHub has announced that after January 30th, 2025, their Action
upload-artifactv3 will no longer run. This v3 has been deprecated for some time, but the Action we use to run the OWASP ZAP Scan did not get updated to v4 until November 21st, 2024. We are using v0.10.0, update to v0.12.0 to fix the problem.Acceptance Criteria
