Feature: COAM - Access

Summary

The "COAM- Access" feature allows authorized users to enter the Registration section of the BCIERS application.

Story

As an authenticated user with role industry_user, industry_user_admin,
I want to access the COAM section via a BCIERS dashboard tile,
So that I can manage COAM functionalities

Expected Results

• From BCIERS dashboard, clicking the "COAM" tile, or links in the tile, directs to the COAM application.
