Updated diet supplement with both collection of error reasons, and collection of diet supplement conditions. If an individual is eligible for more than one based on their conditions, they will be found eligible for the highest diet supplement amount. As well, if they are eligible for the blender supplement based on any condition provided, they will be found eligible for the blender supplement.
