- Migrate deprecated attachment file_type values (was impacting Test and Prod).
- Remove deprecated wldtaxonomic_units_id and field_method_id columns.
- Update minimum replicas to stop some of the platform alert spam about horizontal pod autoscalars
- Comment out HorizontalPodAutoscaler in API/APP
- Update clamav readme and files.
