Add App version to error notifications

Description of feature / user story

As a support agent, I want to be able to easily see the app version when people take a screenshot of a issue, so that I have the information readily available and not require to follow-up

Acceptance Criteria

Given an error occurs
When an error messages appears
Then the app version is seen on the error notification, below the call to actions
