To run the app locally:
- Clone this git repository
- Open the
app/ui.Rfile orapp/server.Rfile in RStudio - Click the Run App button
The data for the tables and graphs has not been publically released. The code uses test data, with randomized values.
The code for this data visualization and web application is written in R:
a freely available language and environment for statistical computing and graphics which provides a wide variety of statistical and graphical techniques: linear and nonlinear modelling, statistical tests, time series analysis, classification, clustering, etc. from CRAN, The Comprehensive R Archive Network
