Additional context:

• Institution users can receive Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (ECE) file which contains all details about student applications needed for the institution to process these requests. Once the file is received, confirmation of enrollment is completed automatically and a return report is sent back to the SIMS system.
• Partial MVP: MVP includes the creation and sharing of ECE files exclusively for Full-Time students. Part-Time students will eventually be included in this file as well.
