Content Update: Institution Landing Page

As a Institution User* I want to see a a landing Page that better describes how I log into the portal and that it is part-time only for now ** So That I do not need to contact Ministry for further explanations

Additional Context

• "We have identified some significant points of confusions for students and institutions which is resulting in a large influx of calls and emails. This language needs to be updated to remove ‘Basic’. This is now causing a significant number of calls from students and institutions. Operationally we are not accepting Basic BCeID’ s (unless the institutions can provide evidence that they are unable to get a business BCeID, but that is not going to happen often.
  SIMS log in landing page doesn’t say it’s for supporting part time apps and that is also causing great confusion" (JIRA ticket 1392)

Institution Account for part-time application support

Can this be solutioned into a more comprehensive landing/login page for institutions? This will mean not being PT focused but with Q&A like the students login page has.
