Fix statuses of Psi and Psi+

Psi and Psi+ should repair file encryption in long-awaited 2.0, but for now I dropped status to 84% for both clients.

@stigger, the original OMEMO developer of Psi/Psi+ knows the tickets, I have relaunched today after a recent talk with Psi/Psi+ project leader @Ri0n who has confirmed me.
