Login With Unstoppable Domains

Add the Unstoppable Login option to the wallet connect modal. This is a submission for this bounty.

Deployment notes for the Bancor team

Before deploying, the following steps need to be completed:

1. Register an account and create a client at the Unstoppable Domains dashboard.
2. Add the following environment variables:

REACT_APP_UNSTOPPABLE_CLIENT_ID: client ID (clientID in client metadata)
REACT_APP_REDIRECT_URI: URL to redirect to after login (https://app.bancor.network/earn in production)
REACT_APP_POST_LOGOUT_REDIRECT_URI: URL to redirect to after logout (same)
