Add tokenlist filtering by chainId

If chainId is defined in the tokenList.tokens, filter by chainId.

Example flow:

1. On CELO, search for the mcUSD token - its address is 0x918146359264C492BD6934071c6Bd31C854EDBc3 on Celo Mainnet, and 0x3a0EA4e0806805527C750AB9b34382642448468D on Celo Alfajores Mainnet
2. Only one token should show up, with address 0x918146359264C492BD6934071c6Bd31C854EDBc3
