This pull-request makes
currencylayercompatible with the latestmoneygem sitting at 6.13.1.I skipped everything in between, and also included a monkey patch we required at work to support different Datetime notations.
All the included rspecs work and at the moment awaiting our internal build status.
Willing to push more changes if needed.
