I noticed that the modified pvclust mentiond in the scRNAseq workflow is no longer available, but that euclidean distance is supported by the current pvclust out of the box, so I fixed that. Also the bug fixed in 4cb5318 propagated only to the .Rmd version and not the .md version of the workflow (which is linked from Readme.md) so I synchronized both of the versions as I do not know, which is the preferred one.
