Adding support for the i3 desktop

Just added support for the i3 desktop.

Bugfix release

Fixed a bug where only the Intel icon would be shown if no icon was found in the Icon theme regardless of which GPU was active at the time.

Forgot to remove a few files

Forgot to remove ununsed icons from the 1.0.1 release.

KDE should now work better

Some users discovered problems in the way GTK looks for icons when running KDE 5.8. It's fixed in this release.

I haven't found any regressions regarding its behaviour in other DEs. If any are found, I'll be updating it again.

Reached version 1.0.0

We're finally feature complete and bug-free (as far as we know), so it's time for the 1.0.0 release!

This is a very simple app and, as such, it'll be modified as the need for fixing it comes along. I don't plan on adding more features, so we might never see a 2.0 release. However, feature requests are welcome!

In the meanwhile, please enjoy version 1.0.0 and feel free to report any bugs you find!
