Hello! I'm Andrea, a 25-year-old software engineering master's student at the Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna, with a bachelor's degree from the University of Benevento (UniversitΓ del Sannio). I am currently finishing my internship as a backend engineer. I've rworked in various projects, focusing on areas such as cybersecurity solutions, mobile app development, and videogame creation.
In my internship I had the opportunity to develop a kinesis stream application. It was the first time I put my hands on this field and it was really exciting and challenging. Despite initial obstacles, I was able to design an architecture that efficiently processed over 80,000 real-user messages within a 30-minute window.
This is a sophisticated system designed to create dummy data for deceiving cyber attacks. This project, incorporates technologies like Docker, Postgres, and Keycloak on a Linux platform. I'm also actively involved in two personal projects:
Developing a mobile application. Creating a video game using Unity.
- TypeScript
- Python
- Go
- Java
- C#
- Docker, C, R, Ruby, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Kotlin, Swift, MongoDB, MySQL, Postgres, YAML, AWS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation ...
- Prolog - a language that has notably intrigued me.
- Proficient in team collaboration and management, with a keen sense of overall project vision and taking initiative in group settings.
- An Android social network application.
- A card game for iOS.
- Hospital critical data management software.
- Development work on the Pynq z2 embedded board, focusing on implementing a Laplacian filter. A challenging yet fascinating project.
