Prerequisites

• Download python 2.7.x installer https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-2710/
  • Install python
  • Add python to PATH environment variable
• [Recommanded] Download pyCharm (Community version) https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/download/
• Download latest OpenCV release from sourceforge site and double-click to extract it.
  • Goto opencv\build\python\2.7 folder.
    • Copy cv2.pyd to C:\Python27\lib\site-packeges.
  • Goto opencv\build\bin
    • Copy both files to C:\Python27
• Install packages
  • pip install matplotlib
  • pip install numpy
