Why do I need this app?

This app is made specifically for developers. If you are not a android developer you probably don't need this app. This app allows you to change mock location from command line using ADB.

#Why can't I change mock location from the app? There are a lot of apps in google play that let's you do that. The problem is that if you developing a GPS application on a real device then you want to be inside your application while you are changing the location. This app let you change the location from command line with adb while still in the application you are developing.
