Thanks, looks good! I am a bit confused as to why it wants to build the clib when you only use the rust dependency in ggcat. But if it works, it works. |

Hi, I'm trying to setup automatic builds for ggcat, and on windows it fails due to a compile error in the matchtigs library.
I found a fix, based on https://stackoverflow.com/questions/46342644/how-can-i-get-a-path-from-a-raw-c-string-cstr-or-const-u8
