A Youths' run school for empowering the next generation towards Myanmar economic and technological advancement.
Getting decent employment in STEM fields is still very difficult for fresh graduates from rural technical universities and even from some of the famous public technological universities in Myanmar even though the private sectors are in need of manpower resources for the technological know-how for digital transformation.
The two main reasons why technological university fresh graduates in Myanmar find it difficult to get a decent job are are due to-
- a need for quality education especially in rural technical universities, and
- the lack of experiences and required up-to-date technological skill-sets.
The project plans to tickle the skills-gap for fresh STEM graduates with long term and impact-based solutions utilizing peer-to-peer community learning approaches by learning and doing projects to develop technical skill-sets while solving social problems.
The project also plans to tickle the lack of financial literacy among millennials and young professionals to enhance their awareness on personal finance as well as early investment for the future.
အခုခေတ်မှာ မိမိတို့လို့ ကျောင်းပြီးပြီးချင်း လူငယ်တွေ အလုပ်အကိုင် ရှာဖွေတဲ့အခါ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ လူငယ်များအတွက် အလုပ်အကိုင်အခွင့်အလမ် အရမ်းနည်းပါးနေပါတာကို သတိပြုမိပါတယ်။
ဒါအပြင့် မိမိတို့ လူငယ်တွေ ဘက်က ကြည့်မယ်ဆိုရင်လည် ကျောင်းတက်နေစဉ်အတောအတွင်း မိမိတို့ လုပ်ချင်တဲ့ အလုပ်ကို လျှောက်ဖို့ရာ လိုအပ်လာမယ့် skill-sets တွေကို လေ့လာလိုက်စားမှုတွေ လူငယ်တွေမှာ အရမ်းနည်းနေသေးတာကို သတိပြုမိပါတယ်။
အဲဒါတွေသာမက အလုပ်လုပ်နေပြီဆိုပါကလဲ မိမိတို့ ရတဲ့ လစာလေးကို နည်းနည်းစီ စုထားပြီး ပြန်လည် တိုးပွားအောင် လုပ်နိုင်ဖို့ရာ လုပ်ရမဲ့ နည်းလမ်းတွေကို ရှာဖွေရတာ အရမ်းခက်ပါတယ်။
အထူးသဖြင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာဆိုရင် ကိုယ့်ကို လိမ်သွားမယ့် စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းတွေက ခပ်များများရယ်ပါ။ ဘယ် စီးပွားရေးကို မိမိတို့ ရင်နှီးမြှပ်နှံ့ သင့်လဲ လို့ ဆုံဖြတ်နိုင်ဖို့ ကြပြန်တော့လဲ လိုအပ်တဲ့ စီးပွားရေး အသိပညာတွေ မိမိ တို့ လူငယ်တွေစီ မှာ အရမ်းနည်းပါးနေပါတယ်။
အဲဒါကြောင့် မို့လို့ ဒီ project လေးက လူငယ်တွေ -
- အခုလောလောဆယ် ခေတ်စားနေတဲ့ နည်းပညာအသစ်တွေကို လေ့လာနိုင်ရေး၊
- စီးပွားရေးနဲ့ ဆိုင်တဲ့ အသိပညာ တိုးပွားလာရေး၊
စသည်တို့ဖြင့် မိမိတို့ လူငယ်များ မိမိတို့ အနာဂတ်အတွက် ပိုမို ကောင်းမွန်လာရန် လူငယ်များ ကိုယ်တိုင် ကြိုးစားရာမှာ အထောက်အကူ တစ်ခုအဖြင့် တည်ထောင်းလိုက်ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
